Terms and Conditions
Ordering
By placing an order through our online pharmacy, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance by our team. You agree not to use our products for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes. All sales are subject to availability and confirmation of order price.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement, provided it has not been dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact us via Feedback Support Service, Live Chat, or Phone. A representative will assist you in processing your cancellation. Once an order is dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
Delivery
We provide fast, reliable, and discreet delivery services to the countries specified at checkout. Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Deliveries will only be dispatched on business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the following Monday.
Shipping Policy
EMS Delivery (Express with Online Tracking): EMS delivery offers faster service, taking approximately 5-9 days from the dispatch date. The tracking code will be provided for all EMS orders. The maximum expected delivery time for EMS is 14 days.
Standard (Registered AirMail Delivery): Standard delivery takes 14-21 days from the dispatch date. Orders sent via this method are discreetly packaged and left in your mailbox. Please note standard delivery does not include tracking. The maximum expected delivery time for standard shipping is 30 days.
Large orders (over 120 pills) will be shipped in two separate packages and may not arrive simultaneously. Additionally, generic and brand name medications are shipped separately and may arrive at different times.
You will receive automatic email notifications when your order is approved and shipped.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, returns are generally not accepted unless required by law. If you receive incorrect, damaged, or defective products, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receipt. Our team will assist you in resolving the issue, which may include reshipping the item or issuing a refund at our discretion.
Liability
Our pharmacy is not liable for delays, losses, or damages arising from incorrect information provided by customers, shipping carrier delays, customs actions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. You acknowledge that the use of our products is at your own risk, and you should consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any medication purchased through our website.
